SMILEY collects only what’s needed to run the shop, and never sells your data.
What we collect
When you order or request a piece: your name, contact details (phone, email, WhatsApp), and delivery address. If you create an account: your order history and saved addresses. Basic, privacy-respecting site analytics may record anonymous visit statistics.
What we use it for
Fulfilling your order, contacting you about a request or delivery, and — only if you subscribe — the occasional drop announcement. Nothing else.
Payments
We never see or store card numbers. Bank transfer and VietQR payments happen entirely within your banking app; PayPal payments are processed by PayPal on their systems.
Who else touches your data
Our hosting provider (to run the site), our email service (to send order emails), and the shipping carrier (name, address and phone — they have to find you). Each receives only what it needs.
Your choices
Ask us any time to see or delete the data we hold about you: smiley.garms@gmail.com. Unsubscribing from emails takes one click in any email we send.
