Every order ships from our room in Hanoi, wrapped with care.
Vietnam
Flat-rate domestic shipping, usually arriving within 2–4 working days. Free pickup at the store is always available — choose it at checkout and we’ll message you when your piece is ready.
International
We ship worldwide. The fee depends on the weight of the piece (a tee travels lighter than a heavy jacket) and is shown at checkout before you pay. International delivery typically takes 7–21 working days depending on destination and customs.
Customs & duties
International orders may attract import taxes or duties charged by your country — these are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in our prices or shipping fees.
Tracking
Every shipped order gets a tracking number by email. If anything looks stuck, write to smiley.garms@gmail.com and we’ll chase it.
Currencies
Prices can be displayed in several currencies for convenience, but all payments are charged in Vietnamese đồng (VND). Displayed conversions are estimates.
