These terms apply to every order placed with SMILEY — SMILEY THRIFT, SMILEY GARMS and Bué Dolls — whether online or in our room in Hanoi.
One of one
Every piece is vintage or pre-loved and unique. When it sells, it is gone — we do not restock. Photographs and descriptions show each piece as it is, including any flaws we have noted.
Orders & payment
An order is confirmed once payment is received. Orders in Vietnam are paid in Vietnamese đồng (VND) by bank transfer or VietQR; international orders are paid in US dollars via PayPal. If two people try to buy the same piece, the first completed payment gets it and the other order is refunded in full.
Prices
Prices are set in VND. Other currencies shown on the site are estimates for convenience; the amount you are charged is shown at checkout before you pay.
Shipping, returns & privacy
Please read our Shipping, Returns & Exchanges and Privacy pages — they form part of these terms.
